CZ Healthy Life Spa provides the best massage I have ever had! I have had chronic pain and knots in my neck throughout my life. I experience relief from my symptoms after consistently getting chair massages from CZ. I was so disappointed that Chandler Mall did not sustain their contract. I am hoping they reopen in a new location very soon!
CZ Healthy Life Spa was the absolute best massage of my life. The chair massage and foot reflexology services were truly wonderful. I am heartbroken that they are no longer at Chandler Fashion Center and hope that they reopen soon at a new location. Nothing compares to them!
I had a great experience. I think people need to be educated on human anatomy and realize that your body muscles need to be exercised and also you need to drink plenty of water for muscle health. If your body is dehydrated that will also cause muscle aches. And a massage can be quite painful. But in the end after a few days, your body will feel better, massages improve circulation and blood flow. I’ve been neglecting my body and my muscles are so tight. I’m 280lbs and 6’2”, so I am well aware of how much pressure would need to be applied to my muscles in order to loosen them up. I don’t know the masseuse name, but thank you for bringing life back to my muscles. I’ll definitely be returning again soon.
Z Healthy Life Spa has truly set the bar high for massage therapy in Tempe. I've tried several places around town and encountered my fair share of mediocre massages, but this place always exceeds expectations. The massages here are genuinely relaxing and provide noticeable relief, especially after a week of intense workouts. I highly recommend visiting their second-floor location—it's secluded, quiet, and has the perfect ambiance for winding down. If you go, make sure to request Frank. His skill with shoulder work is exceptional, and he intuitively knows how to release tension without causing discomfort. The entire experience feels tailored and thorough, leaving you refreshed and tension-free. This place has quickly become a go-to for me, and it’s absolutely worth it if you’re serious about quality massage therapy. Whether you're an athlete or just need a good reset, Z Healthy Life Spa is a must-visit!
What a wonderful experience! Normally I don’t stop at places I’ve never been or had someone recommend. However, I’m glad I stopped. I was amazing! I had Cindy and my son had Dao. They were great! My son comment how strong Dao was. He said, “I almost fell asleep it was so nice.” It’s amazing how you don’t hear the mail when you’re in there; even in the lobby. Clean. Friendly. Relaxing.
